We are delighted to announce that we have recently completed the successful sale of an Asian Food Wholesale business. We also want to acknowledge the two prospective Purchasers who, unfortunately, missed out on this opportunity. We appreciate their interest and hope to assist them in future endeavours.

The journey to this successful sale was not without its challenges. Prior to engaging our services, the Vendor experienced an arduous and unproductive year with two leading local business broker agencies. As a last resort, the Vendor reached out to us, and we immediately took action. Our prompt visit and realistic appraisal impressed the Vendor, setting the stage for a fruitful collaboration.

To protect the Vendor’s business confidentiality, we meticulously prepared two stages of Information Memoranda, disclosing business information gradually. Within a short period, we gathered extensive data, including product analysis, payment terms, cash flow analysis, and customer base insights, ensuring that potential purchasers were well-informed before revealing the business name.

Our rigorous screening process yielded 45 inquiries, with each one personally addressed. We conducted five site inspections, carefully minimizing business disruption and respecting the Vendor’s time. As a result, we received three Offers, and two Contracts were issued.

We are immensely grateful for the Vendor’s trust and commitment throughout this process. His industry knowledge, teamwork spirit, and dedication were instrumental in achieving this successful outcome. It was an honour to work with such a dedicated individual and to play a part in his retirement plan by facilitating the sale of his business.

This case presented several challenges, including business finance, settlement contingent on new lease terms, and stock allocations. Yet, our team’s perseverance and collaborative efforts ensured that all issues were resolved, leading to a successful deal. This outcome is a testament to the power of teamwork and support.
